1. Use of the tools
All tools are provided at no charge for personal and commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
1A. Accounts
Accounts are optional and cost nothing. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the content you save. Don't use the service to create false or misleading documents. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or unlawful purposes. You can delete your account and all saved documents at any time from the My documents page.
2. No professional advice
Calculators — including tax, salary, GST, loan and investment calculators — provide estimates for general information and planning only. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Tax laws and rates change, and your situation may involve factors our tools don't cover. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any result.
3. Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep tools accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GJDesigns is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any results it produces.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code are owned by GJDesigns. Results you generate using the tools (such as QR codes, formatted text or passwords) belong to you.
6. Third-party links and ads
The site may display advertisements and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
